Angel Rodríguez: Devilish

MotoGP is certainly missing an Angel- in the form of "Rodri"!
The former 125cc rider jumped ship to the Spanish CEV Supersport Championship in 2007, taking out the 600cc crown at the end of 2008. And while most will remember him for his extradionary performance during the 2001 125cc Australian GP, where the rookie Rodriguez ran with the leaders until he was forced into the gravel by Simone Sanna, you could be forgiven for recalling the tattooed, pierced Spaniard based on his unholy good looks. Devilish.

Casey Stoner & Nicky Hayden - Hair Raising

It's a bit early to say how well they're going to gel as teammates at Ducati in 2009, but there's clearly no doubt how well Casey Stoner and Nicky Hayden are sorted when it comes to gelling with regard to haircare products...
And whilst Nicky's gone for the painfully stylish "just woken up and spent several hours making it look like I've just woken up" tufty look, Casey's gone all out for the brilliant "Holy crap! I've just seen something bloody terrifying!" on-end 100% vertical look. Bless...

Valentino Rossi- The Big 3-0!!!

Everyone's favourite multiple MotoGP champion legend and crazy character, Valentino Rossi, celebrates his 30th birthday today!!! So we thought we would devote today's blog to celebrating some of the memories over the past 13 years "Vale" has given us.

Sete Gibernau, "The Queen"

Sete is back. The grandson of Don Paco Bultò, founder of Bultaco, will be in the MotoGP paddock again this season after two years of absence. The Spaniard has a long and illustrious history with Valentino Rossi, finished runner-up in the championship twice and is known for a sometimes a bit "anomalous" style. Especially his long hair, compared with some dramatic entrances gave him the mock nickname "Queen" and it didn't help that his new team Onde 2000 Ducati translated their first press release with the statement that Sete is returning to the Queen Class of MotoGP. Whilst this is correct in Spanish, it provoked a few laughters from the English-spreaking press, but Sete is just out to enjoy riding again and seems to have calmed down a lot during his two sabbaticals. We wish the oldest rider of the class all the best for his first year of return.
