Racing stars don't only have to know how to twist the throttle, they also have to be in great physical shape to get through a race, squeezing out the best from the machine. While the best training is of course riding a motorcycle, there are various other things they do to prepare and stay fit.

It's the new German sensation Stefan Bradl and all throughout last season he's been piling up more and more fans with his racing skills, his modesty and his sweetness.
