BSB: The Brit Pack

As a salute to the pick of the bunch of some of the top hotties from BSB, here's Gary Mason, Graeme Gowland, Jon Kirkham, Tommy Hill, James Ellison and 2009 Championship winner himself Leon Camier.
Not all the pics are from this season of course, but we didn't think you'd mind so long as there's some piercing eyes and cute smiles in there...

Introducing: Leon Morris

22-year-old Leon Morris scored an Airwaves Ducati Superbike Scholarship in in the British Championship last year. He was set to continue with the Trimite Brookspeed Team this season, but unfortunately his name has not popped up in any entry lists this season. So if there are any news about this Hottie out there that you know of, we'd love to hear it. :)

Jason O'Halloran; Hot From Down Under

Hailing from Wollongong, home of former World Champion Wayne Gardner, Jason O’Halloran began racing in 2002 and success soon followed, finishing runner-up in the 125cc Australian Championship a year later. He soon progressed into the Australian Supersport Championship, and, after placing 7th and 3rd in 2005 and 2006, he dominated the 2007 series, taking 7 race wins and 3 lap records on board the Yamaha Racing Team YZF-R6.
He also deputised for injured countryman Kevin Curtain in the Yamaha World Supersport Team, finishing a highly creditable 12th at the Czech Republic round at Brno.

For 2008, O’Halloran competed in the Australian Superbike Championship for the Teknic Honda Racing squad, his fifth year as part of an official distributor backed team.
In addition, he impressed the Japanese hierarchy greatly at the Suzuka 8-Hours, where he finished 6th on the Moriwaki-backed machine alongside current BSB star Cal Crutchlow and Tetsuya Yamaguchi. He also rode for SMT Honda in the 2008 season in British Superbikes, where he continues in 2009.

Smile Of The Day: Graeme Gowland

A slightly lesser-known Brit for you this time (though certainly no less hot than any other so far...) and another great contender in our ongoing "Smile of the Day" set... British Superbikes rider Graeme Gowland.
Nicknamed "Gowla", he comes from Hexham in Northumberland, and is racing in 2009 alongside Chris Walker in the Motorpoint Henderson Yamaha Team. British Under 21 Motocross Champion back in 2004, he's come a long way - competing in the Virgin Mobile Cup Championship, Spanish Supersport and World Supersport.

Sylvain Guintoli - Get well soon

Frenchman Sylvain Guintoli has been seriously injured only about a month ago during the sighting lap for the BSB championship at Donington Park and he'll be out of racing for at least another one or two months. Before the horrific incident where Josh Brookes inexplicably ran into him Sylvain looked like a strong contender to at least challenge Leon Camier for the title. We hope Sylvain can recover soon and get back to his old strength and until he comes back to the racing scene we have to keep ourselves busy with some great pictures of him like the one above.

Hanging Out: Sykes & Spies

In a shift aside from the main MotoGP category again, here's a cool pic of Britain's Tom Sykes - formerly of BSB, and Ben Spies hanging out at the Portuguese WSBK tests in 2008 at the awesome new Portimao track.

Introducing: Jon Kirkham

Reigning Henderson Yamaha R1 Cup champion Jon Kirkham joins Jentin Racing for the 2009 British Superbike Championship, adding to the ranks both in genuine sporting talent and fresh-faced totty-count. Here he is at Mallory Park back in 05, getting in the zone with a little help from his iPod.

James Ellison - It's all about the tyres

Just to make sure that you don't forget what racer skin looks like, here's a perfect example of a naked rider in form of James Ellison. Mr. Ellison, who will again be competing in the British Superbike championship this season, also shows that it is vital to choose the right tyres at the right moment. And wet weather tyres seem appropriate in this situation as some unsuspecting viewers might get a little heated and sweaty when stumbling into a scene with a naked Superbike Hottie. Just in case.

Leon Camier - "Shafter" - A Bit Of Brit

We step aside from MotoGP again today and over to British Superbikes, and in particular to Ashford-born spikey-top Leon Camier - a genuine BSB star even though he only started in the series in 2007, and lining up alongside James Ellison in the Airwaves Yamaha Team for the 2009 season.
His nickname is "Shafter" apparently...
We're not even going to begin thinking about explaining that one!

Leon Haslam, The "Pocket Rocket"

Just to prove right from the off that we're no respecters of even our own website name here at MotoGP Hotties, our second post has f-all to do with MotoGP, and is of British Superbikes ace and 2009 World Superbikes racer with the Stiggy Honda Team Leon Haslam.
