2009 Hottie Awards

Okay, now they weren't *quite* the hottie awards, but the MotoGP 2009 Season Awards night once again gave us another chance to see our favourite two-wheel-racing boys scrub up nicely. And they didn't disappoint!

Surprised with an unsuspected 3rd place in the standings, Dani Pedrosa managed to find something to wear, and did well considering!

Stylish champ Valentino Rossi stands out in a classic suit, Dani pulls off black nicely and Lorenzo sparkles in a rather "trendy" shirt.

Light and shadow

While Hector Barbera reaped another podium finish at Phillip Island this weekend and continues to shine in the 250cc class, his teammate Axel Pons had a much less fortunate season so far with yet only 3 points to his name.
But while success and defeat are so close together in this team, one thing that both riders have in common regardless is their 5 star rating on the Hotness scale. Win-win for everybody. Especially for us. :)

Today's 250cc race winner Hector Barbera (whoops, spoiler alert, sorry) also has his quiet moments sometimes. When he's not busy causing mayhem on track that is. ;)
